Scott Nichol is an information technology consultant in the Philadelphia area. Working primarily with independent software vendors and sevice providers, he is a self-motivated technical leader who has successfully led the delivery of quality solutions for over 20 years. In addition to multi-year engagements with product development organizations, Scott has advised and developed software for a variety of companies large and small, focusing on the retail industry. He has significant experience in targeted marketing and customer relationship management.

Scott has also contributed expertise to a number of open source software projects, serving as a committer on the Apache SOAP project (now Apache Web Services) and continuing as the lead programmer on NuSOAP. He has independently published two applications: Bouncy for the iPhone and Basic MIDI 64 for the Commodore-64 (it rocked).
